Andrea Grande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Lean Manager at Grain & Protein Technologies since September 2025, Andrea previously held the position of Saving Projects Lean Manager at Munters from September 2016 to September 2025. Additional experience includes roles such as WCM Coordinator at Industrialesud SpA, WCM Plant Support and Pillar Leader of Focused Improvement at STS-Acoustics SpA, and Autoneum Production System Coach at Autoneum Holding AG. Andrea began a career in production management at Rieter and Industrialesud SpA.
