Enrique Escobar has been working in the Human Resources field since 1997. Enrique began their career as a Teacher/Instructor for Quick Learning. In 2001, they became an HR Specialist for Grupo Seproem - Private security, where they created internal management guidelines for employee disciplinary policy, developed advertising program and conducted first-level interviews to screen for appropriate job candidates, and developed formal system for employee file documentation. In 2004, they became a Human Resources Assistant for Gran Melía Caracas Hotel, where they created good work conditions by implementing courses, conducted interviews to screen for appropriate job candidates, and handled administrative activities. In 2006, they began working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter/Staffing Advisor, where they were responsible for supporting end-to-end process with U.S. recruiters, helping out as many as 10 recruiters at the same time. In 2017, they became a Sr Talent Aquisition Researcher III for EPAM Systems. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an IT Recruiter for GrainChain Inc, where they are in charge of end to end recruiting process and high level sourcing and hiring candidates per the projects' needs, bringing out the best resources to the Company in a timely manner.
Enrique Escobar attended the University of Guadalajara from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a B.A in Psychology.
