Tony Acres has worked in the recruiting industry for over 9 years. Tony started their career at Cross Creek Systems, where they quickly rose to Lead Executive Technical Recruiter. After 5 years with Cross Creek, Tony moved on to Google, where they spent a year as a Technical Recruiter on the Front End Mobile team. In December 2017, Tony joined Facebook as an Executive Engineering Recruiter, and they have been there for the past 4 years. In their current role as Head of Talent at Grainite, Tony is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the company.
