Hitesh also worked at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they served as AVP & Head - Marketing (Delhi & NCR) from January 2017 to August 2018 and as Associate Vice President - Marketing Head (Kolkata & West Bengal) from January 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, they had roles at Reliance Communications as General Manager, National Head - Postpaid Product & Marketing, Head - Marketing (MPCG & Orissa), Deputy General Manager - CEO & President's Office, and National Lead - Business Intelligence and Market Planning. Hitesh worked at Pipal Research as a TMT (Telecom Media & Technology) Research Manager and at Bharti Airtel Limited as a Corporate Manager. Their early career includes roles at American Express, Sharp Corporation L&T JV, and Voltas Limited.
