Chad Rogers has a robust background in technical recruiting, with extensive experience in leadership and executive roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Executive & Leadership Recruiter for Engineering, Product, and Design at Grammarly since May 2019, Chad has been instrumental in establishing the company's first Leadership and Executive Recruiting function. Prior roles include Senior Recruiting Manager for Technical Recruiting at Grammarly, Technical Recruiter at Stripe and Facebook, and Lead Technical Recruiter at TigerConnect, among others.
