Heidi Williams

Heidi Williams has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Heidi is currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Grammarly Business since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor for Raise for Good starting in 2017. In 2016, they founded WEST Diversity & Inclusion, LLC, a learning community for women in technology. Before that, they were a Technical Advisor at PaymentWorks starting in 2014. Heidi was also a Founding Member of Dreamers & Doers from 2017 to 2022. Heidi served as an Advisor for CaregivingHQ from 2020 to 2020. Heidi was the CTO & Co-Founder of tEQuitable from 2017 to 2020. Heidi held the position of VP, Platform Engineering at Box from 2013 to 2017, where they played a key role in driving the development of core capabilities and platform features. Prior to that, they worked at Adobe in various roles, including Group Manager, Strategic Engagements and Group Product Manager. Heidi's career in the technology industry began at Macromedia, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead and Software Engineer. Heidi Williams attended Middlesex School from 1987 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, they studied Computer Science at Brown University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2008, they participated in the Stanford Executive Institute program at Stanford University.
