Liubov Priadko

Liubov Priadko, CPTD, is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in creating and executing learning strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Learning & Development Lead at Grammarly since May 2022, Liubov previously held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Ciklum from April 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating organizational learning needs, supervising a team of specialists, and implementing learning initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Learning Advisor (Pro Bono) at Teach For Ukraine, HR Business Partner for the Sales Team at Ciklum, and Learning and Development Specialist at Deloitte Ukraine. Liubov's academic background includes a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
