Zach Carlsen

Zach Carlsen has a diverse background in customer onboarding and professional services, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding at Grammarly. Prior experience includes roles at Outreach as a Senior Practice Manager and Head of Consulting for North America, as well as a Practice Manager and Senior Consultant. Zach has also worked with Vertafore in various managerial and consulting positions and has experience as a Leadership Consultant and Coach at SNP Communications. In addition to professional roles, Zach has contributed to the community as a Basketball Coach at North Seattle College and high schools. Zach holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Humanities from Seattle University, completed in 2002, and a diploma from Seattle Preparatory High School.
