Aoife Steadman

Aoife Steadman currently serves as an HR Generalist at The Dean Hotel Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Aoife worked as an HR Administrator at CPAC Modular and held positions as an Employee Engagement Advisor and HR Administrator at Press Up Entertainment Group, where responsibilities included staff file maintenance, recruitment, coordinating staff events, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance for visa holders. Aoife's career began at Aldi Ireland as a Store Assistant, which provided valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment, and earlier as a Sales Associate at Parfois. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Business and Management from Maynooth University, completed in 2017.
