Mike Kaufman

Mike Kaufman is an experienced Chief People Officer currently serving at Grand Circle Corporation while also working as an Independent Consultant at Human Capital Consulting since June 2023. With a background in talent management and organizational development, Mike has collaborated with various organizations, including EF Education First, where leadership roles included VP of People & Talent for EF Tours and VP of People Operations & Training for EF Explore America. Notably, Mike led the successful merger of multiple People & Talent teams and built a comprehensive team supporting over 1,000 employees globally. Previous positions include Director of Legal Recruiting at Choate, Hall & Stewart, where a lateral attorney program achieved national recognition, and various roles at Boston University School of Law. Mike holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
