Sarah Capron-Maquaire

Sarah Capron-Maquaire is an experienced innovation project manager currently at Grand E-nov, the Regional Innovation Agency of the Grand Est, where responsibilities include supporting businesses in their innovation strategies and participating in key projects for regional development. Previously, Sarah served as an innovation project manager and e-health program coordinator at Alsace Innovation, focusing on helping entrepreneurs develop viable products and overseeing the Alsace Innovation competition. Sarah's earlier roles included development advisor at CEEI Alsace, where coaching for innovative project management was provided, and a junior consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in biotechnology. Sarah holds a PhD in Biology/Parasitology from the University of Montpellier and a Master's in Marketing Management from EM Strasbourg Business School. The research work during the PhD contributed to the development of a canine Leishmania vaccine with implications for human applications.
