Karl Persson currently serves as the F&B Manager at Grand Hôtel Stockholm, a position held since April 2010, while also taking on the role of Restaurant Manager. Prior to this, Karl was the Head Waiter at Cadierbaren, Grand Hôtel from September 2009 to March 2010. Before that, Karl owned and managed Nygårds Värdshus & Restaurang Skänkstugan from January 2008 to August 2009. Karl completed educational studies at Cornell University in 2012.
