Endah Carolina

Endah Carolina has over 18 years of experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as Supervisor Human Resources at PT. Grand Indonesia since January 2012, Endah is responsible for HR operations. Prior to this role, Endah held the position of Human Resources Officer at PT. Grand Indonesia from June 2005 to January 2012, where duties included reporting and manpower planning. Earlier experience includes a role as Secretary to the Project Director and Sales Administration at Johnson & Johnson, enhancing expertise in administrative support and sales activities. Endah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Indonesia and a Diploma in Secretary from LPK Tarakanita.
