Salima Nial

Salima NIAL currently serves as DGA Culture Sport Cohésion sociale Enseignement Supérieur et Recherche Relations Internationales at Grand Paris Sud since May 2022. Previously, Salima NIAL held various leadership positions at Mairie d'Evry-Courcouronnes from October 2014 to May 2022, including DGA Ville apprenante et citoyenne and DGA Performance et Transformation digitale, where responsibilities included defining and implementing the community's global strategy, overseeing public performance, and managing a budget of €100 million. At Ville de Viry-Chatillon (March 2012 - October 2014), Salima NIAL was DGA Solidarités, Finances, Commande Publique et Systèmes d'Informations, focusing on strategic direction in social policies and managing a €70 million budget. Earlier experience includes serving as Directrice des Finances at Mairie d'Evry (April 2007 - October 2011) and financial roles in Villemoisson sur Orge and studies for the Ministry of the Interior. Salima NIAL holds a Master in Public Administration from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and additional degrees in law and social sciences.
