Christine Coon

Christine Coon is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and talent development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources & Talent Development at Grand Rapids Community College since June 2022, Christine drives initiatives aligned with the institution's mission and strategic goals. Prior to this role, Christine worked as a Human Resources Manager at C2AE from July 2018 to June 2022 and held various positions at Grand Rapids Community College from February 2009 to July 2018, including Human Resources Generalist and HRIS Coordinator. Christine holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Grand Valley State University.
