Daniel Martinez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Grand Sierra Resort since February 2014. In this role, Daniel is responsible for scheduling, purchasing, floor management, operational management, and daily shift reports, while effectively resolving problems to ensure satisfaction among all parties. Previously, Daniel worked as Bar Manager at Ijji Sushi/Wild West Wing, where responsibilities included supplier relations, inventory management, and marketing initiatives for drink specials and promotions.
