SCIENCE BASED EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: We want to increase awareness and access to science based hard ability emotional intelligence skills, to equip leaders and people managers with more human centered approaches to performance and process improvement. Our vision is that the hard ability EI approach to emotional intelligence will be recognized globally as an essential skill - just as critical as English and Math. Our target is to provide access to 2000 assessments and train 432 certified practitioners by 2027.
