Lindsey Desarmo

Lindsey DesArmo currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Grand Valley State University, where responsibilities include overseeing organizational change and managing talent management initiatives aligned with business strategy. DesArmo has held several roles within the university, including Interim Director of Talent Management, where leadership of the Talent Management team and management of the GVSU Workday implementation project were key responsibilities. Additionally, DesArmo's experience encompasses program development for employee wellness and HR communications, alongside teaching roles in fitness and wellness. With a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, DesArmo combines educational background with extensive experience in talent management and fitness instruction.
