Yong Zhuang

Yong Zhuang is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Constant Contact since August 2022, with a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence acquired through various educational and professional experiences. Zhuang served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston from December 2014 to December 2021, focusing on courses such as Introduction to Computing, Big Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence, while also designing and deploying machine learning applications for real-world problems. Prior experience includes an NSF Predoctoral Internship as a Research Scientist at Radial Analytics, where machine learning models were developed to support healthcare decision-making, and leadership roles as a Lead Software Engineer at Liaoning Huiyin Science and Technology and Liaoning Triexcel. Zhuang holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Computer Science from UMass Boston, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.
