Currently a member of the Retail Leadership Team at Brown & Brown Insurance and serving as a board member at Ennabl, American Family Ventures, and Grand Ventures, Jack Butcher focuses on customer growth, strategic investments, and advising early-stage startups. As the founder of Spear Tip Advisors, coaching and leadership development for emerging-growth organizations are priorities. Previously, Jack Butcher held significant leadership roles at Hagerty International Holdings, Marsh McLennan, and TransForce, demonstrating a successful track record in expansion, insurance growth strategies, and comprehensive corporate management.
