Currently serving as CIO at Grande Ronde Hospital since April 2025, Dale previously held the same position at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, where significant improvements in operational efficiency were achieved through strategic team realignment and software enhancements. Prior to that, Dale led IT initiatives at Antelope Valley Hospital, overseeing a key $3M Oracle project and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. With additional CIO roles at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital and Prime Healthcare, along with experience in enterprise solutions and information services, Dale possesses a robust background in information technology management, supported by a Bachelor's degree from Capella University.
