Edgardo Hernandez

Edgardo Hernandez is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in housekeeping and food & beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Grandover Resort since February 2016, Edgardo previously held key roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts as Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Housekeeping Complex, as well as Operation Supervisor. Edgardo's earlier experience includes directing restaurant operations at Ardent Hotel Advisors and managing food and beverage services at GF Management. With a history of working in housekeeping at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and serving as Days Inn Manager at HI PONCE, Edgardo has cultivated a solid background in hotel management. Edgardo holds an Associate's degree from the University of Phoenix (2009-2011) and an Associate's degree from Universidad de Puerto Rico (1987-1991).
