Patrick O'Dawe

Patrick O'Dawe is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in fine dining and banquet operations. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef and Executive Banquet Chef at Grandover Resort since July 2017, Patrick has a strong background in culinary leadership acquired during tenure as a Sous Chef at Marriott International from June 2013 to June 2017. Patrick's educational background includes a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a degree in Hospitality Management from Old Dominion University.
