Herma J. Bouwer

Herma J. Bouwer is an experienced supply chain and operations leader with a strong background in global planning transformation and strategic projects. Currently serving as the Global Director Supply Chain & Operations at GrandVision NV since August 2017, Herma focuses on optimizing international processes and delivering a balanced integral supply chain. Previously, as the Global Director Planning Transformation & Strategic Projects at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson from April 2014 to August 2017, Herma was responsible for leading the implementation of a significant global planning transformation project. With over a decade of experience at SCA Personal Care, Herma held roles including S&OP Director for Personal Care Europe and Regional Director of Business Logistics for the Healthcare Region East. Herma J.'s career began at SAP Netherlands as a Project Leader. Herma holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Management from the University of Twente.
