Sara Graham

Sara Graham has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sara started their career in 1984 as a Worker's Compensation Specialist at Aetna Life & Casualty. Sara then held various positions at Sullivan Payne Co from 1985 to 1988. At Allstate Insurance Company, they worked in various positions from 1988 to 1996. Sara joined Keystroke Financial Inc. as a Project Manager from 1997 to 1998.

In 1998, Sara joined Safeco as a Business Analyst and was responsible for financial performance reporting and IT resource management. Sara then joined Moss Adams LLP in 2006 as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager, where they managed projects and maintained finance systems.

At PivotLink Corp, Sara worked as a Technical Account Manager from 2008 to 2009, implementing business intelligence reporting solutions and managing site implementations.

Sara returned to Moss Adams LLP in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and reporting project status to executive management. Sara later became the Enterprise Services Director, where they directed the Compensation Services and Shared Services departments.

Since 2013, Sara has been working at Grange Insurance Association. Sara initially served as a Project Manager, managing projects with enterprise-wide impacts. Currently, they hold the position of Director Strategic Management Office, leading the development and execution of enterprise strategy and acting as a liaison to ensure alignment with company objectives.
