Rachael Bencze

Rachael Bencze is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with a strong background in claims management and client services. Currently serving as a Claims Property Senior Field Representative at Grange Insurance since August 2022, Rachael previously held various roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from August 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included the positions of Sr Field Claims Resolution Specialist I and Field Claims Resolution Specialist II. Rachael also contributed to the Innovation Group from September 2014 to August 2017 as a Client Service Manager, enhancing communication between Adjusters and internal teams. Prior experience includes managing strategic accounts and mentoring team members as Manager of Client Services at Etactics, Inc. from 2002 to September 2014. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Kent State University.
