Sheria Williams

Sheria Williams is a seasoned professional in customer service management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Customer Care Center Manager at Grange Insurance since October 2011, Sheria previously held positions as a Customer Care Center Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Relations Representative at Mapfre from April 2009 to October 2011 and as a Branch Operations Supervisor at Personal Service Insurance Company from September 1996 to November 2008. Sheria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, both from Ohio Dominican University.
