Tiffany Herron, MEd, CPTD, CSPO, LSSGB, serves as the Talent & Training Manager at Grange Insurance since April 2014, focusing on remote/hybrid people leadership and strategic workforce planning. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Learning Solutions Consultant and Manager of Volunteer & Training Programs at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, where program management skills were honed in volunteer program development. Tiffany also spent seven years at Huntington National Bank, progressing from Training Specialist to Instructional Designer, providing training solutions and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Toledo.
