Matt Bozung

Matt Bozung is an accomplished Director of Human Resources at Granger Construction since January 2015, leading HR, Learning, and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives. Prior roles include Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at ServiceLive, Inc., where strategic planning for mission and core values was a key focus. At Sears Holdings Corporation, Matt managed multiple leadership development programs and provided HR generalist support to a large associate population, enhancing human capital strategies through analytics. Earlier experience includes overseeing academic programs at Michigan State University, where expertise in recruitment, selection, and leadership development was demonstrated. Matt holds an MBA and MA in Higher Education Administration, along with a BS in Biology from Michigan State University.
