Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at Granite Club since April 2022, Chewy Lee previously held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Byblos Uptown from September 2020 to April 2022, where Chewy Lee also occupied roles as Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef. Earlier experience includes a Sous Chef role at Figo Trattoria and Senior Sous Chef at CRAFT Beer Market. Chewy Lee's educational background includes studies at Liason College from 2012 to 2013 and a degree in General Arts and Science from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed between 2008 and 2010.
