Blake Trzpuc has over two decades of experience in the culinary field, specializing in various sous chef roles across multiple prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Senior Sous Chef at Blue Plate Restaurant Company and McCormick & Schmick's, which operates within the Westin Edina hotel, Blake Trzpuc brings extensive knowledge in both restaurant and banquet catering, contributing to significant revenue generation. Previous positions include Sous Chef at Hay Creek Hospitality, Wischermann Partners, Inc., Cara Irish Pubs, Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Wayzata Country Club. Blake Trzpuc holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
