Frank Pomilia

Frank Pomilia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently, Frank serves as the Owner and Project Manager at Primo Engineering & Consulting Inc. since March 2022 and has also been the Owner of Primo Management, a private tax specialist company, since 2018. Prior to these roles, Frank has been with Granite Construction since May 2005, working as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager on various projects. Frank's experience includes serving as Vineyard Manager at Fetzer Vineyards from 1997 to 2003, where responsibilities included developing and managing organic vineyards. Earlier in Frank's career, work was done as a Welder Pipe Fitter/Operator at Richardson Engineering from 1995 to 1997, gaining certifications in welding. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Humboldt State University and an Associate's degree in Geography from Mendocino College.
