Bailey Palmersheim

Bailey Palmersheim has extensive experience in office management and customer service, currently serving as the Office Manager at Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Palmersheim held the position of Manager of First Impressions at Total Expert, where responsibilities included overseeing daily office operations and managing space for a growing staff of 250 employees. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative at Starkey Hearing Technologies, and as an English Teacher with CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange. Palmersheim began the professional journey as a Wellness Coordinator at Discover Chiropractic. A Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health Education and Promotion was earned from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2009 to 2012.
