Alexander Logan

Director of Recruitment & Outreach at Granite State Manufacturing

Alexander Logan has a long and varied work experience. Alexander began their career in 2006 as a Work-Center Supervisor & Inspector and Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the United States Marine Corps. In 2011, they moved to Morgan Advanced Materials as a CNC Fabrication Technician. In 2013, they joined Pro Star Aviation as a Lead Aircraft Structural Installation Technician. From 2016 to 2018, they were Self Employed as a Project Manager for Major Alterations. During this time, they were also a Marketing Manager & Recruiter for Matthews Aviation Consultants, LLC and a Director of Operations & Recruitment and Project Manager, Head of Sales, Marketing & Recruitment for AeroX Aviation Services. In 2018, they founded Logan Workforce Solutions as a Consultant. In 2022, they joined Complete Aviation Services and Modification as a Recruitment Director for Manufacturing & Government Contracts. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Director of Recruitment & Outreach for Granite State Manufacturing.

Alexander Logan has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they completed an Aircraft Maintenance Technology degree from the National Aviation Academy with a focus on Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. Alexander also obtained FAA Airframes and FAA Powerplant certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration in October of that year. Additionally, they were awarded a General Radiotelephone Operators License with Radar Endorsement from the Federal Communications Commission in July 2013. In 2012, they earned an Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Manchester Community College NH. Logan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Columbia Southern University with a concentration in Fire Services Administration, which they expect to complete in 2022. Alexander also holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
