Mark Prendergast

Mark Prendergast has a significant amount of experience in finance and accounting roles, spanning over several decades. Mark has held positions with various companies, including Granite Telecommunications, Ze-gen, Inc., GSI Group, GSI Lumonics, General Scanning, Genuity/Bolt Beranek and Newman, and Standard Thomson. Throughout their career, they have taken on roles such as Vice President Finance, CFO, Controller, Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Division Controller. Mark has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience with implementing and managing ERP systems. Mark has also been involved in merger consolidation efforts and has successfully streamlined financial processes.

Mark Prendergast graduated from UMass Boston in 1979 with a degree in Management. Mark then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance at Babson College, completing their studies in 1986.
