Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn has a wide-ranging work experience in the financial and collections industry. Michael has held various senior leadership roles in different companies. Michael was the Sr. Director Credit & Collections at Granite Telecommunications starting from November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Collections & Recovery, Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank from October 2020 to July 2022. Michael was the COO at EOS USA, a multinational firm's U.S. subsidiary, from March 2016 to September 2019. Michael also worked as the Vice President of Credit, Collections and Customer Service at Conn's from May 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they held the position of EVP and COO at RMCB/AMCA in 2013. Before that, they had notable roles at IC System, including COO from 2010-2012, SVP Operations from 2007-2010, and SVP National Accounts Division from 2002-2007.

Michael Dunn's education history includes attending the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management (in the Minnesota Executive Program), the University of St. Thomas (in the Executive Development Program), and the United States Army Military Police School. Michael has also obtained certifications as an ACA Certified Instructor from ACA International and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
