Richard Zelkowitz

Richard Zelkowitz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Richard is currently serving as the Senior Director - Federal Strategy at Granite Telecommunications, where they oversee the provision of voice, data, and communication services to multi-location businesses and government agencies. Richard previously held the role of Managing Director at Federal Contractor Support Services Group, LLC, contributing to the company's success from 2021 to 2023.

From 2020 to 2022, Richard held the position of Chief Growth Officer & Senior VP Business Development, Capture, Proposals at Zantech. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in driving the company's growth by strategizing and overseeing business development activities.

Richard's career also includes a long stint at BAE Systems, Inc., where they served as Senior Director from 1998 to 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the General Counsel at the United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, from 1991 to 1998, where they were responsible for legal matters, with a particular focus on contract formation and administration.

Richard Zelkowitz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics at The Johns Hopkins University. Richard later pursued a Doctor of Law degree at Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
