Kristina S. has extensive work experience in human resources management. In their most recent role, they are currently serving as the Head of Human Resources - Australia at Gransolar Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at GWL Earthworks & Construction Pty Ltd. Kristina also held the position of Head of Human Resources - Australia at Sime Darby Motors Group Australia and National Human Resources Manager at Crown Worldwide Group. Before that, they were the Head of People & Culture and HR Manager at City Tattersalls Club. Additionally, they worked as the National HR Manager at Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) and as the Group Human Resources Manager at BE Campbell Group.

Kristina S. has a diverse education history consisting of various degrees and certifications. In 2010, they completed a Diploma in HR Management at Macquarie Business School. The following year, they obtained a Cert IV TAE in Training and Development from Norwest Business College. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Cert 4 in Human Resources at TAFE NSW. In 2015, they enrolled in the Australian HR Institute and focused on Executive Business Management.
