Dacian Zainea has a strong background in controls engineering and automation. Dacian started their career as a System Engineer at Boscop, Inc. in 2010. Dacian then moved on to become an Assistant Professor at Transilvania University of Brasov from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Autoliv for a year before becoming a Controls Engineer at Continental Biomass Industries, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they joined Superior Controls as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for project development and system testing. From 2015 to 2017, Dacian worked as an Automation Consultant at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., focusing on automated process equipment programming and project management. After that, they joined PRÆSIDIAD as a Team Lead Controls Engineer, overseeing the activities of the Controls Engineering team and managing workload planning. In 2020, Dacian joined ADMA Biologics, Inc. as a Senior Process Controls Engineer, where they were responsible for the maintenance and management of all site automation systems. Currently, they hold the position of Systems Engineer at Grantek, starting in 2021.
Dacian ZAINEA obtained their Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Romania Jobs between the years 2005 and 2009. Dacian then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2009 to 2011.
After completing their Master's degree, Dacian ZAINEA went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov from 2011 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Dacian ZAINEA also obtained several certifications. Dacian completed the ACS550 Startup Program and the ACS800 Startup Program at ABB in January 2014. Dacian also completed a certification course on implementing a cloud with xcat and moab XTR60RO at IBM in September 2012.
