Sean Scott

Sean Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial consulting and investment management. Currently a Senior Consultant at GrantTree since January 2023, Sean has previously held key roles at Deloitte UK as a Consultant and Manager, and at the National Treasury of South Africa as a Project Manager for the Jobs Fund. Sean's earlier career included leadership positions at Nxt Lvl Growth, GroFin, and Business Partners Limited, focusing on fostering entrepreneurship and managing investment portfolios. Starting out in retail banking with Barclays and progressing to commercial business management at Standard Bank Group, Sean possesses a diverse background in both corporate and entrepreneurial finance. Sean holds a BComm in Finance from the University of Natal, completed in 1993, after graduating from Pinetown Boys' High School in 1989.
