Tanner Ernest

Tanner Ernest is an experienced educator currently serving as an 8th Grade ELA Teacher at Granville Exempted Village School District since June 2021. Prior to this, Tanner held roles as Head Track & Field Coach at Newark Catholic High School and English Teacher at Newark High School. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Girls’ Basketball Coach at Newark City Schools, Student Teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School, and ESL Teacher at L'isolachenonche. Tanner has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Walsh University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education. Early career experience includes roles as an English tutor and Funeral Home Assistant.
