Claire Hilbrink-Damen possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, with a track record of building and leading people departments across various organizations. At grape insurance from June 2023 to September 2024, Claire served as Head of People, focusing on fostering a people-first approach that aligned with business goals. Previously, as Co-Founder and Interim Head of People at KYCKS, Claire helped start-ups and scale-ups establish a solid People and Culture foundation. Other notable roles include Interim Head of People at Localyze and Tinybird, where responsibilities included setting up and managing their people departments. Claire also made significant contributions at Mollie in two roles: Head of People Partnering and HR Lead Europe, where efforts centered on building the people strategy and acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
