VP Of Customer Experience at GraphCMS

Will Robinson has a diverse and extensive work history spanning various roles and industries. Will began their career at the Science Museum as an Interactive Developer & Designer, where they refreshed and rebuilt a multi-screen events display system. Will then worked as a Freelance Technology Consultant & Developer, taking on projects such as rebuilding a multimedia guide for the British Museum and developing content for special exhibition projects.

From there, Will joined the British Museum as a Creative Technologist before being promoted to Lead Technologist. In these roles, they managed a team and played a crucial role in consolidating and simplifying the Museum's technology stack. Will also generated revenue for the Museum through the implementation of major digital projects.

Will then transitioned to Contentful, first as a Solution Architect and later as the Professional Services Manager EMEA. Will provided technical guidance and implementation support to enterprise customers, grew the professional services business, and developed best practice guidance. Will also contributed to internal product development and customer success strategy.

After Contentful, Will joined Uniform as Head of Customer Success and later became the Head of Operations and Customer Success. In these leadership roles, they were responsible for customer support, operations, solution engineering, and customer success. Will played a key role in defining approaches for support and customer success, as well as contributing to the company's broader go-to-market direction.

Currently, Will holds the position of VP of Customer Experience at Hygraph, where they oversee the overall customer experience strategy.

Will Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computing and Interaction Design from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2009. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Computational Studio Arts from the same university.
