Tom Wang

Mr. Tom Wang (WANG Cheng Tang) is the CSO (Chief Strategies Offer) of Graphen Asia and the General Manager of Graphen Taiwan branch. He has extensive experience in company government and business development for 25 years. He was the investment manager of China Venture Management (1999~2004), subsidiary of CDIB, the earliest VC company in Taiwan. He helped to start up a semiconductor testing solution company, STAr Technologies. As Executive Chairman (2004~2014) he leaded and developed STAr from startup to grow to a 30M USD yearly revenues and with Singapore, Korea, China, India and US subsidiaries global group. STAr was acquired by Innotech, a Japanese listed company in 2014. Mr. Wang also funded WholeSenses Global in 2012. WholeSenses provided the manufacturing process monitoring and analysis solutions for industrial manufacturers as one of the earliest industrial 4.0 solution providers in Taiwan.

Mr. Wang joined Graphen in May of 2019. With his practical experience in successfully leading startup companies he is taking the responsibility to build up a strong development in Asia.
