Joel Momberger

Joel Momberger is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various roles, including General Counsel at GrapheneTX Inc since April 2020, and Managing Principal at Ignite Impact Fund since January 2018. As Chairman of Quantum Innovations LLC and Director of both the Gyeonggi-UT Innovation Program and Korea Program at the Global Commercialization Group of the IC2 Institute since 2008, Joel has demonstrated leadership in innovation and commercialization efforts. Previous positions include General Counsel at Knōd and Informatica, where Joel established a presence in Southeast Asia, and General Counsel for Eastman Kodak's Austin Innovation Lab. Joel's legal expertise was honed through roles such as Managing Partner at Phillips & Reiter PLLC and Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Applied Science and Fiction, where significant funding and acquisitions were secured. Joel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Utah.
