Victoria Indyushkina

Victoria Indyushkina has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Victoria has worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Payrow, Grapherex, Stacle, and BETFATE, starting in November 2021 and with the most recent position still ongoing. Prior to these roles, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at STC from May 2018 to November 2021. In this position, they managed the full recruitment cycle with a focus on IT, provided operational and methodological support to a team of recruiters, and conducted market mapping and industry analysis. Before STC, they worked as a Recruitment Team Lead at Spice IT Recruitment from January 2015 to April 2018, where they focused on account management and building long-term client partnerships, as well as conducting full recruitment cycles in various areas such as digital, mobile, web development, analytics, and sales. Victoria began their career in recruitment at Step Logic in June 2012 and worked there until January 2015.

Victoria Indyushkina attended the Russian State Social University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Specialist degree in Psychology.
