Jason Kliethermes

Jason Kliethermes has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jason started their career at Printpack, Inc. as an Engineering Co-Op, where they managed contractors, conducted AutoCAD work, and troubleshooted equipment problems. After that, they worked at Graphic Packaging International as a Project Engineer, Plant Engineer, and Maintenance Superintendent, leading maintenance groups and achieving high safety and maintenance efficiency. Jason then joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Reliability Engineer and later became a Maintenance Leader, where they focused on implementing reliability strategies and improving the maintenance organization's customer focus. After a brief role as a Chemical Area Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Jason worked at RockTenn Company as a Mechanical Reliability Leader, responsible for developing sustainable reliability processes within the company's Pulp and Paper Mills. Currently, they work at Graphic Packaging International, LLC as the Director of Beverage Operations, overseeing the entire beverage region and implementing critical improvements in quality and productivity.

Jason Kliethermes obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, spanning from 1994 to 1999.
