Josalyn Dykes

Josalyn Dykes has a strong background in finance and strategy, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Josalyn began their career at UPS in 2006, where they held positions such as Corporate Finance Specialist and Finance Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2012, they joined Graphic Packaging International, LLC as a Senior Analyst in Corporate FP&A. Over the years, they progressed within the company and assumed roles such as Finance Manager, Supply Chain and Senior Finance Manager, FP&A. Josalyn eventually became the Sr. Director of Strategy & Business Development and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of FP&A. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Americas Finance. Additionally, they are also a Member at Chief since 2022.

Josalyn Dykes pursued their education at The University of Georgia from 2000 to 2004 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. Josalyn later attended Georgia State University from 2010 to 2012 to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
