Hayden Zadel has a diverse work experience. Hayden worked as a Senior Business Development Analyst and a Business Development Analyst at Graphite, where they contributed to the company's mission of enabling access to independent talent for various organizations. Prior to that, Hayden interned at The Stanley Group Inc. as an Administrative Intern and as an Event and Marketing Intern.

Hayden Zadel attended the University of San Diego from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in International Relations with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
