Orysia Rousina-Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and project management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at Graphyte, Orysia previously held key positions at Aircapture, where responsibilities included directing manufacturing operations and leading project management for the commissioning of Direct Air Capture plants.
